Yes, our kitchen is licensed by the Fulton County Health Dept. and we are fully insured.
Yes, we usually do tastings on appointed Saturdays and occasionally on Sunday. If none of these days are convenient for you, just let us know and we will accomodate you. We suggest you look at all of our menu options and get a good idea what you would like your menu to be for your event and out of the items you decided on let us know which ones you'd like to try. Some things are basic and you would already have a good idea what they taste like.......example: corn, tossed salad, etc. We suggest you at least try your main entree/entrees. If you're lucky enough to catch us at a local bridal show we showcase all our most popular meats, potatoes, vegetables, cupcakes & cheesecakes. Come hungry!
Our prices include preparing your meal, delivery, set up, serving, clean up of the food area we have used and boxing your leftovers for you to take home after your event.
No, it will be prepared in our licensed kitchen and transported in insulated containers to the venue you've chosen. If you choose a pasta such as spaghetti, we will however have to reheat that in a pan of boiling water just before placing it on your buffet. Heating pasta ahead of time causes it to keep swelling and will get soggy.
Yes, you may change your order as long as we have not ordered anything from our suppliers for your event. Usually this is 3 weeks before your event.
Yes, we have experienced staff who will be coming to serve your meal unless you chose our "SELF SERVE" option.
Yes, we can cut your wedding cake for you. There is a $35 fee for that service.
Yes, we accept MasterCard, Visa & Amercan Express.
Yes, we would be happy to travel as far as you need us to. There may be a delivery charge for over 15 minutes from our location that may apply. If we need to travel more than 2 hrs. away, overnight expenses will apply. If the location is clearly too far to drive and keep the food hot or cold whichever it needs to be we can prepare your meal at the venue you've chosen as long as it has a licensed kitchen we can use.
We do not require a down payment, but if you want to put one down you may. Some people want to get their catering paid for before their event. That's OK too. We will call you 3 weeks before your event and get your final count and at that time we will give you your total. Your payment will be due 10 days before your event. If you count goes up, we will gladly adjust your payment.
You paid for the food, they are yours. We will box them and cover them for you to take home. If you are getting married and have guests from out of town staying with you or are opening gifts the next day, leftovers are perfect!
No, not at this time. But we can recommend a very good rental company in the area who has alot of products to choose from. They will deliver and pick them up for you.
Yes, we would be happy to as long as we have enough staff for that day. Some venues however don't allow anything to be washed in their kitchen. In that case we will scrape the plates as good as we can. There is a $2.75 per person charge that would apply for that service since we will be bringing more staff to the event. We will also deduct from your bill what we would of paid to purchase the disposable products.
Yes, alot of people choose to do that. We will deduct from your bill what we would of paid to purchase those products. NOTE: When purchasing your dinner plates DO NOT purchase a plate larger than 9". That's the size plate our portions are figured on. If the pattern you chose does not include a salad bowl you can get a 6" plate for your salad.
We will arrive approx. 2- 2 1/2 hours before we are due to start serving food.
Yes, we can make your food tables as elaborate as you would like them to be. Most times brides ask their florist or decorator to include a few extra flower petals, candles, floral arrangements, etc. to go on the buffet table, appetizer table or around the ice sculpture so that they all match. You can put these on yourself, ask your decorator to do it or just leave them on the food tables and we will include them after we have all of our equipment put in place. Every event is different, just let us know when you book with us what you have in mind.
We suggest ASAP, but every situation is different. Some situations such as funerals are unexpected and we are happy to accomodate you. Weddings as a rule are booked as far as 1-2 years in advance, but we can do last minute bookings for them also. We're very easy to work with!
No it is not. Like most food establishments we leave that to your discretion to add on what you feel comfortable giving. (MOST PEOPLE TIP 15-20% OF THE BILL) You can give the servers a tip the day of your event or if it is easier you can include it in your catering bill when you pay the week before and we will include it in their check.
No, we do not cover that charge. We will have to add it to the catering bill or you can pay it directly to the hall if you'd prefer.
